^*Note: Postgraduate students must produce a letter from the head of the department.

75% refund of the registration fee will be provided for cancellations made on or before 31^st July 2026.
50% refund of the registration fee will be provided for cancellations made on or before 24^th August 2026.
No refund will be provided for cancellation requests received after 25^th August 2026.
Registration is strictly non-transferable.
All eligible refunds will be processed post conference.
Cancellation requests for any paid registration must be submitted via email to the Conference Secretariat to be eligible for a refund.
